The Dalkey Book Festival takes place from June 15 – June 18. Writers at the festival include Carlo Gebler, Alan Early, Alan Nolan, Barry Devlin, Barry Murphy and Chris Judge, Derek Landy (of Skulduggery Pleasant fame), Fintan O’Toole, Dermot Healy, and Jennifer Johnston.
A bit of a hike from Duffys of Ballybin, probably an hour’s drive to the south side of Dublin, but worth it if you make a day of it.
