A group of us went up to Sallows Woods Stables for a horseriding session. It’s only around 10 minutes from Duffys of Ballybin self-catering accommodation.
The centre is run by Margaret, who offers horseriding for adults and children from 5 years upwards. There is a discount for family groups, and Sallows Wood has been approved by the Association of Irish Riding Establishments.
Margaret did a great job of looking after us – novice riders – and the children really enjoyed it.
