The Solheim Cup is being contested in September in County Meath. It will take place in Killeen Castle, just a few miles from Duffys of Ballybin, from September 23-25.

The Solheim Cup is taking place in Killeen Castle, the 12th Century Norman castle which was home to the Earls of Fingal. The Jack Nicklaus designed course winds through the 600-acre wooded estate, in Dunsany, Co. Meath.
The Irish Womens Open was also held in Killeen Castle in August.
